What to Expect During The Veneer Placement Process:

Initial Consultation

At your first consultation, Dr. Schaar or a member of his team will discuss your options for veneers, and determine if this treatment is a good option for your unique needs.

Tooth Preparation

If you're approved for dental veneers, you'll come back to have your teeth prepared for veneers. Your mouth will be numbed and then a thin layer of enamel will be buffed from each tooth that will be getting a dental veneer.

Building The Veneers

During your preparation appointment, Dr. Morren will take impressions and images of your natural tooth. These will be sent to our partner dental lab, where your dental veneers will be custom-crafted out of porcelain. In the meantime, Dr. Schaar will place some resin temporary veneers to protect your trimmed teeth and send you home.

Final Veneer Placement

After your porcelain veneers are built and sent to our office (which takes 2-3 weeks), you'll come back for your final appointment. Dr. Morren will remove your temporary veneers, clean your teeth, and bond your new porcelain veneers in place permanently, completing the procedure.
